   Spectronics has experience in plating on Aluminum Silicon Carbide, Kovar, Copper, Copper Tungsten, Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass, Beryllium, Thick film silver, Thin film nickel, plated copper interconnects and direct plating metallization of Ceramic. With our strong technical team we continuously develop capabilities with new materials as part of our partnership with our customer's technology roadmaps.

Automation Systems

     Spectronics has multiple automated production lines that support rack and barrel plating. Automation provides optimum process control and service at competitive pricing. All automation systems are maintained, programmed and operated with internal capabilities.

Quality Assurance and Chemistry Labs

     Spectronics has state of the art Quality Lab and Chemistry Lab. The Quality Lab ensures all product conforms to customer requirements and provides test documentation as specified. Some of the inspection procedures employed include deposit thickness, solderability, visual, steam age, adhesion, surface roughness. The Chemistry Lab utilizes atomic absorption spectrometer and UV/Vis scanning to analyze all bath chemistries daily and computer reports are generated to keep bath levels within operating parameters.
